What to contact us about directly
Shipping on your own carrier account.
The store cannot take a carrier account at checkout. Send us your carrier,
account number and service level and we will invoice the order without
freight.
Paying by check or wire transfer.
Those go through a purchase order rather than the store.
Request a quote, raise your PO against it, and we
invoice you with bank details for a wire or a remittance address for a
check. Card and bank transfer (ACH) are handled in the store itself.
Tax exemption.
Send your certificate before you order. We cannot release a tax-exempt
invoice until it is on file.
International delivery.
Not available at checkout. Request a quote and we will confirm export
requirements first.
Returns.
